Sebastian brings 6 years of experience in business, marketing, systems, and sales, having worked with a wide range of local businesses of local businesses such as remodeling, real estate, logistics, health, and solar.

Before entering the home renovation space, Sebastian supported over 100 local businesses in the U.S. and Canada—launching local marketing campaigns, managing advertising budgets, and strengthening sales teams.

A firm believer in data-driven decision-making, he leverages insights and analytics to guide strategic marketing efforts and drive growth.

In his free time, Sebastian enjoys spending time with his family, camping, reading, watching the UFC, and snowboarding whenever possible.

Paula has 5+ years of experience in digital marketing across multiple industries and has worked with 65+ contractors. Most of her career has focused on building and managing marketing campaigns for remodelers and painters. She has successfully managed over $900,000 in ad spend across platforms.

She believes the power of data in marketing is limitless and has helped Remodeling Marketing stay efficient in client campaigns, identify areas of opportunity, and set measurable goals.

Paula loves helping businesses grow their bottom line! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out with her family, and caring for her growing collection of plants.
